Mazda Bongo in Innerleithen, Scottish Borders for sale

1997 Mazda Bongo rear wheel drive. No Tax or Mot although last Mot only had one advisory of weeping rear hub seals. The head was gone when I got it and a new one has been fitted (not a cheap Greatbritainlisted one!) The top water pipe that caused the problem has been replaced with a genuine Mazda one. The thermostat and water pump have been replaced too. Also fitted is a coolant alarm and a digital temp gauge as the original Mazda one isn't very good at all. I fitted new glow plugs, rear drop links and anti roll bar bushes and an EGR blanking plate too. The van is not converted although I did build a small unit that you can store food in and cook on. It has the usual rust spots on the rear arches and some other small patches around the edges. Not too bad for the age of the vehicle though. There are also some dents that are not to deep here and there too. The roof lifts without any problems, the canvas has some tares that have been repaired with awning repair tape. The electric curtains work as they should. All in all, a nice wee van for transporting the family around in and great for trips away!
